"Had a stiff neck the entire next day. Beds were rock hard and so were pillows. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. There was not an alarm clock either, so asked for a wake-up call. The phone rang (softly) once then ended (good thing I was already awake). The room was clean enough; just included the bare necessities, i.e. a bar of soap and toilet tissue :) I would have expected all this if I had only paid $30-$35......but not $60!"
